It is best known for its undulating stone facade, twisting wrought iron balconies and roof terrace. The "Pedrera Essential" tour reviewed here lasts about 90mins and includes a visit of the Flower and Butterfly courtyards, the Milà Family’s Apartment, the Tenants’ Apartment, the Whale Attic and the Warrior Rooftop with panoramic views of the city.

Conclusion
The Casa Mila is one of Gaudi's masterpieces and is worth a visit. Unfortunately, the pricing is out of line with major tourist attractions in continental Europe for which the non-profit aspect is an unconvincing excuse. So, if your budget is limited and a visit to La Pedrera is somehow redundant with some of Gaudi's other work in the city, we would recommend you pick and choose those that best fit your personal interests rather than pay for all of them.
Key positive

Proceeds go to a non-profit organization
Centrally located

Very expensive for a single building visit

Suitable for all ages but best for adults. The building is accessible for visitors with physical disabilities.
