Meta review

There aren't that many recent reviews and the museum was renovated around 2019 but most of the comments are positive, including from aircraft enthusiast who could spend half a day there. The positives are the variety of aircrafts, free entrance, the excellent WWI exhibition based around diaries and letters from a soldier and the fact that most signage is both in German and English. The drawbacks are the time required to reach by public transport and the tired looking aircrafts on the runway.

Environmental & Social

Environmentally neutral. Helps preserve a technical heritage

Conclusion

This Military History Museum is worth a detour for those with an interest in all things mechanical, military and/or flying. We would recommend this to anybody based in or around Berlin as well, it is inexpensive and the aircrafts on display are visually impressive.
