Instructions & Recommendations

Management strongly recommends buying tickets online ahead of time to ensure admission at your preferred time.

Meta review

The museum attracts a wide range of opinions and many fake reviews. Visitors enjoy the quality of most of the artwork although it is surprisingly eclectic, showing clearly that it was driven by the personal taste of the collector, and some of the rooms' furniture is unnaturally arranged to clear up the passage. The main drawbacks are that it can be crowded and the information regarding the art pieces is only available through QR code or the audio-guide.

Environmental & Social

The new wing has numerous energy-saving measures. Helps spread the arts

Conclusion

The ISG Museum is under the radar compared to some of Boston larger cultural attractions, but it provides a very different experience - more intimate in many ways, where visitors actual feel they are being invited to discover a personal collection of high quality. Recommended for those who enjoy classical art in all its forms.
