Brussels Park - by Management

Description
Brussels Park is literally at the historical centre of political power in Belgium with the Royal Palace at its southern edge and the House of Parliament to the north. It is set on the site of the gardens of the former Palace of Coudenberg and covers 32ha with noteworthy features such as the 18th century Royal Park Theatre, a cast iron Bandstand, the Vauxhall's wooden bandstand, two water bassins, and various sculptures mainly inspired by Greco-Roman mythology.
Access & Transport
The park is directly northeast of Place Royale, in the historical centre of Bruxelles. Metro station 'Park' (1, 5) is at its northwest corner. The tram lines 92 and 93 also stop there and further along its western edge at 'Palais'.
Instructions & Recommendations
Best enjoyed on a sunny day, of course. We suggest combining this activity with the Royal Place or one of the museums around Place Royale followed by the St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral.
Environmental & Social
Green attraction. Part of the city's architectural and artistic heritages + enhances the living environment of residents
Conclusion
In our opinion, Brussels Park should be planned as a break between museum visits around Place Royale or as a transition between the Royal Palace area and the sights around the Cathedral of St. Michael and the Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert.
