Instructions & Recommendations
The museum is walking distance to Phoenix Park. The Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery Bow St are also nearby, for those keen to learn about beer or whiskey production, respectively.
Environmental & Social
Minor carbon footprint compensated by the repurposing of the barracks. Educational and helps share the country's historical heritage
Conclusion
This is effectively two museums in one for the price of none. It is housed in suitably repurposed army barracks. Nothing spectacular per se but definitely worth a visit for those keen to learn more about Irish history mostly seen from a military lens.
