Meta review

The town is often referred to as a village in online reviews that highlight the atmospheric square with the church in the background as the main draw. The church itself is described as charming, but not much beyond that. The chapel is worth a quick detour but is tiny and the small ethnographic museum provides good insights into the past way of life on the island.

Environmental & Social

Activities in town have a low environmental impact. Tourism brings in economic activity.

Conclusion

Don't expect much from Formentera's main town. Not at destination but a nice add-on for lunch or dinner in between or after some time at the beach.
