Meta review

The theme park is very popular but reviews are actually mixed; most of the experience seems to be a function of the waiting time involved that day, which seem to vary quite significantly and the express pass doesn't always solve the situation completely. The comments relating to ride quality are overall positive but there are many recurring complaints about the "no food allowed inside" policy and the long waiting time for food.

Environmental & Social

The Parques Reunidos group is involved with child welfare initiatives related to health and social integration. On the environmental front the policy statement is quite generic and scant in details except to say that they encourage visitors to reuse and recycle in their European and USA parks. This park also creates a significant number of jobs locally.

Conclusion

Parque Warner Madrid has some thrilling rides and spectacular shows, but the experience is likely to be negatively impacted by the long waiting time which makes the value of a day there debatable, especially as tickets aren't exactly cheap. If you have not explored Madrid and its region or even Toledo (easily doable as a day trip), we think there are more interesting things to see and do.
