Meta review

Online reviews emphasize the fantastic views - well worth the longish drive to this off-the beaten track location. The canons are also quite impressive. The main drawback is the lack of infrastructure; no toilets or F&B kiosk. Tip: keep younger children away from the edges.

Environmental & Social

No environmental footprint and socially neutral.

Conclusion

Some interesting historical background and technical aspects but the main attraction are the views. Best done as an excursion out of Cartagena or as part of a Murcia & Valencia road trip.
