Meta review

Mixed online reviews with families enjoying the sheltered and calm water on the Mar Menor side whilst other lament the excess urbanization and loss of natural environment. The main 'attraction' seems to be the small photogenic bridge of 'la Risa'.

Environmental & Social

A lot of residential developments that have significantly altered the natural environment. Insufficient info to ascertain social & community impact

Conclusion

This is a place to stay for families looking for some beach time and who don't mind the concrete development as a trade-off to having all services and protected swimming areas. Nothing to see anymore for nature lovers, a few decades too late.

Key positive

Good place for nautical sports

Family friendly seaside resort

Key negative

Nothing exceptional to see
