Description
The Salinas y Arenales Regional Park of San Pedro del Pinatar is a wetland with sands located in the northern part of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon of the Mediterranean Sea located in the Region of Murcia. Inside the protected area there is a port, some beaches and some salt flats in operation.
Access & Transport
The reserve is 50km southeast of Murcia, at the border with the province of Alicante and 40km northeast of Cartagena.
