Meta review

The classes from La Cuisine Paris get excellent reviews from customers who enjoy both the teaching and the process of baking or making pastries. Most of them would recommend other people to take the class. There is a minority of reviewers with more nuanced opinions who thought the class was either too expedited or that they were better classes elsewhere.

Environmental & Social

Environmentally neutral From a social perspective, we deem this activity to be positive as it provides a livelihood to independent operators

Conclusion

From what we gathered, the classes offered by La Cuisine Paris are "value oriented" and mostly aimed at first timers who want to gain exposure to French culture and its passion for any food that can be found in the boulangerie or patisserie. There are longer and more upmarket options out there in the city but not everybody can or is willing to spend that much. Therefore, if you have reasonable expectations and little background in baking french pastries, this is definitely a good option.
