Description
La Cuisine Paris is a French cooking, baking and pastry school located in the center of Paris. Their Baking classes include (i) Croissant & breakfast pastries, (ii) French baguette and boulangerie and (ii) a range of seasonal baked pastries. This review and practical information is for the Croissant & breakfast pastries class that lasts 3 hours. During the class, you will learn to make not just the french iconic croissant but also Pain au chocolat and Pain au Raisin. You can then eat and/or bring back your creation back home.

The venue is at 80 Quai de l'Hôtel de ville, in the 4th arrondissement, a 5mins walk from either Hôtel de ville (1, 11) or Pont Marie (7) métro station. Instructions & Recommendations
Important notes: - Minimum age is 13 - Participants aged 13 through 18 registered for a Public Class must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the same class Geographically, this activity is best combined with Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame or a visit of the Marais neighbourhood.
Environmental & Social
Environmentally neutral From a social perspective, we deem this activity to be positive as it provides a livelihood to independent operators
Conclusion
From what we gathered, the classes offered by La Cuisine Paris are "value oriented" and mostly aimed at first timers who want to gain exposure to French culture and its passion for any food that can be found in the boulangerie or patisserie. There are longer and more upmarket options out there in the city but not everybody can or is willing to spend that much. Therefore, if you have reasonable expectations and little background in baking french pastries, this is definitely a good option.

Key negative
