Conclusion
The pasta & pizza making class offered by Once in Rome is the opportunity to try your hand at shaping those staples of Italian cooking and understanding how they are made whilst interacting with the chefs and a handful of other customers. Do not however expect to be able to replicate the same after the class so this is not an option for those looking to really learn cooking techniques in depth.
