Instructions & Recommendations
We suggest combining this activity with a visit of the Maritime Museum of San Diego, further north along the waterfront.
Environmental & Social
Fortunately, the ship stays moored so the environmental impact is manageable. Helps preserve the technical and historical heritage of the country
Conclusion
If you have never visited an aircraft carrier, this is definitely going to blow you out of the water... Highly recommended for ship and military history fans. Morally, mixed feelings between the aggressive / war aspect but also the defensive / deterrent considerations.
