Meta review

Online reviews are unanimous with respect to the architecture: stunning and worth the trip by itself. The variety of exhibitions is also pointed out but the experience varies wildly based on personal tastes and the exhibitions themselves: from the boring and sometime expensive to the top-tier collections and the gems from Japanese artists that can be found in some of the many free expositions.

Environmental & Social

No environmental data about the building available online. New and large structure that uses a lot of glass (resources intensive). Helps spread the arts and exhibits up and coming artists

Conclusion

The NACT is worth a detour for contemporary architecture and art buffs. For the others, have a look if you are in the vicinity, otherwise we suggest starting with museums in the city that have a more "reliable" content.
