Conclusion
The sushi cooking class offered by Cooking Sun is the perfect opportunity to finally learn how to make and eat one of Japan's most popular food exports. In our opinion, this is also one of the better ways to discover the local culture. At current exchange rate, the class seems to be reasonably priced.
Key positive
Opportunity to learn to prepare new dishes
Friendly chefs and small groups
Key negative
Location is a little out of the way
Suitability
Unclear if the kitchen is accessible for wheelchair user but we presume there is a lift in the building. Best to check with Management. Not the best cooking class for vegetarians...
