Description
Castrelos Park is Vigo's largest urban park (24ha), it was developed around the Castrelos Palace that now houses the Pazo Quiñones de León Museum. It comprises the landscaped gardens of the palace, a promenade along the banks of the Lagares river, a lake with ducks and swans, sports infrastructure, and a playground.
Access & Transport
The park is about 3km south from the historical centre of town, in the Castrelos neighbourhood. There are some parking spaces. Vigo is 90km south of Santiago de Compostela (90mins by train), 160km from A Coruña, and 150km north of Porto (Portugal).

Conclusion
This park is an inviting place to take a break for residents or if you happen to be in Vigo but we would not rate or describe it as a tourist attraction with the exception of the museum inside.
